Last Updated: January 2026 at 10:59 PM
By accessing or using Web Radio ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.
Web Radio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to the terms of this agreement.
Web Radio acts as an index and player for third-party radio streams via the radio-browser.info database. We do not host, broadcast, or control the content of these streams. Availability of stations is subject to the original broadcasters. You agree that Web Radio is not liable for any content streamed through the Application.
The Application includes features that allow users to post messages, comments, and other content ("User Content").
The Application includes a recording feature. This feature is intended for personal use only (e.g., time-shifting). You agree to comply with all applicable copyright laws in your jurisdiction regarding the recording of broadcast content. You may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit recordings made with the Application.
Web Radio prioritizes privacy. We do not require account registration. Your favorites, history, and settings are stored locally on your device. Geolocation data, if enabled, is used solely to find local stations and is not stored on our servers.
The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that specific radio stations will remain available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Radio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Application.
